Graham joined ZIM as CEO in April 2015 after more than 13 years at Barclays Investment Bank where he was a member of the Markets Management Committee. Graham was Global Head of Structured Capital Markets from January 2012 until its closure in 2013 and subsequently European Head of Structuring. Graham led several significant structural reform projects during his time at Barclays including a wholesale reorganisation of its structuring business.
Having been forced to end his promising triathlon career early, Graham enjoys running and relaxing with his cats. Graham qualified as a Chartered Accountant at Deloitte and has a Mathematics degree from Corpus Christi College, Cambridge.
